Both of these rooms have their own floor and private bathroom with plenty of living/closet/storage space. One room is in the basement and one is the top floor with a private balcony. Plenty of privacy to be had in both these rooms. The shared living space is an open floor concept with fireplace/living room area, dining area, and the kitchen which has brand new appliances. There is also a nice courtyard for bbqing. Laundry/washer unit is in the hallway of the top floor bedroom. These bedrooms range in 500-550 square feet so you would be getting a ton of space. Utilities on top are estimated to be $65 a month. You won't really find this space and luxury in Denver for this price. The home is located 2 minutes from bike trails, basketball courts, disc golf course and the Sheridan light rail station. Sloan's lake is just up the street. You can also bike downtown via the Lakewood Gulch trail, which I definitely will be doing. **photos from the original listing are shown, living space furniture will be slightly different. About me: 27/Male working as a CPA for a Big 4 firm (working from home). I bought this home and am looking for like minded individuals to share the extra rooms. I like talking about business ideas and my hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, drinking beer, and all things Colorado. I'm not much of a party person as like taking advantage of the days on the weekends, but every once in a while its fun to drink a little bit more. This home isn't 420 friendly. I don't have any pets. About you: You are a career oriented individual who also likes to take advantage of all things Colorado has to offer. Preferably someone with a 9-5 job like myself who also does not like party all the time and ideally shares some of the same hobbies as myself. You take pride in being organized and keeping your space clean. Additional Details: Credit and Background check will be required Renters insurance will be required for your own protection Monthly income must be equal to or greater than your monthly rent No pets or 420 Street parking in a nice neighborhood The living space will be furnished but you will furnish your own bedroom Ideally a 6 month lease minimum but I'm open to 3.
