Both bedrooms have large double closets and ceiling fans. One bedroom has a wood floor and old fireplace that looks cool, but does not work. The other bedroom has wall to wall carpeting. The bathroom has a pedestal sink, a tub shower combination, and a built-in linen cabinet. Off the living room you can enter a hall that leads to one of the bedrooms, bathroom and the washer dryer stack unit. The apartments are separately metered, has a forced air gas furnace, and off street parking. There are 2 spaces for parking behind the house. It is conveniently located walking distance to KU, Dillons Grocery Store and the downtown area with many restaurants and shops. We accept spayed/neutered cats and small dogs with a pet deposit equal to half of a month’s rent and with pet rent. References and security deposits are required.
