Take advantage of this fantastic location and walk to town, restaurants/breweries, and the river path! No students, no smokers, no cats. One small dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional $200 non-refundable pet deposit. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person (or to send a proxy). Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $40 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant.
