The spacious kitchen boasts a huge island with four barstools, a state-of-the-art cooktop, and everything you need to cook the perfect meal or make a great cup of coffee. A desk area is available for catching up on emails or taking a Zoom call, and the 8-top dining table is perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals. At the end of the day, settle into one of the four luxury beds, including a King-size bed in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, another King-size bed in the second bedroom, a Queen-size bed in the third bedroom, and a Queen-size pullout bed in the living room. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of three, requiring a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Pets must be kept caged, in the garage, or in the backyard if the home is unattended. The tenant is responsible for any damages that might occur due to pets. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. External surveillance cameras are attached to the garage for your protection and the property's security.
