Bike paths going east, west and north make it easy to bike downtown or to the UW campus. If you prefer to take the bus, the neighborhood is served by several Madison Metro bus lines. Are you into boating, swimming, fishing, or just sitting or walking by the lake? Morrison Park with lake access is a half-block away. Just down the street you'll find the Yahara River and Yahara Place Park. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Basement storage area available. Clothesline in backyard. Front porch available to all residents. Enjoy a fire pit in the backyard. Great neighbors. This is a non-smoking building. Pets are welcome for monthly fee. On-street parking. Pay your rent online.
