You must include with your application: • past 3 months of bank statements • your 3 most recent pay stubs or statements of income • 1 personal reference, 1 employment reference and 1 rental reference • a valid driver’s license, social security card or state issued ID. Smoking: Not permitted on any of our properties Pet Policy: -Cats allowed -Non-dangerous dog breeds welcome We allow cats and most dogs. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $325 for the 1st Pet and $100 for one more additional pet (2 max) and a $25 per month recurring fee. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are allowed.
