This apartment is located on a tree lined street a mere 5 minutes walk to Coolidge Corner and the Green Line T stop. It's also a 5 minute walk to Boston University and a 15 minute walk to Longwood Medical area. The apartment has wood floors in the living room. Washer and Dryer are in the second floor of the building. It has two generous sized bedrooms with large closets and two full bathrooms. It has one deeded COVERED underground parking spot. So no need to get snow off your car in the winter. If you want the parking it will cost an additional $150. The parking can be rented out to other residents for $200-$250 per month. The community also has a pool in the roof with a roof deck with views of downtown Boston! There is a gym on premise that you will have access to at no additional cost. Pets are welcome (there are some community restrictions). The apartment is available Sep 1, 2020. Can be avail earlier to facilitate move in before month end.
