poorly maintained
landlord is only around when rent is due and otherwise for any repairs good luck getting ahold of the landlord. He tends to not to bother answering his phone for anyone including police and code enforcement. Should be closed down due to the poor condition of the building and given the number of code violations pending currently. For the amount the landlord charges its not worth the money. In fact the owners should not even have the buildings due to the code violations in all of their buildings.
