Tree-filled, historic, and packed with educational opportunity, there's no other neighborhood quite like Fenway. The neighborhood may be most well-known for its titular attraction, Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. However, the area is also renowned for its sprawling greenspace. The name "Fenway" refers to the neighborhood’s lush parkway and tree-filled paths that wind lazily through the area, forming part of Frederick Law Olmsted’s “Emerald Necklace Plan” (a chain of parks throughout Boston). The Fenway opened in 1876, and its route includes the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Steward Gardner Museum.

Property Ratings at 137 Park Dr
My apartment studio is perfect: perfect size, quick maintenance, perfect location. There's laundry in the building, I'm walking distance from everything...The super cons: UNDERGRADUATE NEIGHBORS! This was a miss on my part, for trusting my realtor when she said that undergraduates living in this building weren't going to be loud. Obviously, all big buildings have some sort of noise level that is tolerable, but not here. The walls and ceilings are super thin, I can hear my neighbor stomp around upstairs ALL THE TIME. I can hear every step he makes, I can hear when he works out, I can hear him getting out of bed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (it always wakes me up). I'm in love with my apartment, minus all the weirdo undergraduates who live here. Before he moved in, the neighbors on my floor would wake me up every time they would come home late from studying. They would bring friends over on Tuesday's and pretend this was a dorm. If it's not one thing, it's another, and I honestly can't stand it anymore. I guess the price you pay when you're living in Boston is high rent and no sleep. It's irritating and annoying because the management company is great, but they can't control the people who are going to occupy their apartments...however, I feel like if there was a no undergraduate policy it would be different.
