About This Property

Conveniently located close to downtown and the highway, this home is ideal for a growing family, or roommates. This unit features 4 to 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this house has been updated with you in mind. The first floor features 2 bedrooms, a full bath, with a large living room, kitchen, and mud room. As you can see in the pictures there is a decorative fireplace and lots of built in cabinets. Upstairs includes another 3 bedrooms and bathroom with additional space for an office. There is also a full basement. We are currently not accepting pets and this is a no smoking unit. All residents that are 18 years old or older are required to fill out an application ($50 non-refundable) and are subject to a credit and background check. Proof of renter's insurance required at move in. Please note: All showings are during daytime hours only Monday thru Friday from 9:00 to 5:30 PM and Saturday 11:00 to 2:00 PM, no Sunday or Holiday showings.
