It's the perfect spot for families, groups, and business travelers, with a kitchen and dining room ideal for family meals and a living room perfect for catching up with old friends. The Columbus Adventure is fully stocked with great amenities for your trip to Columbus. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a group meal, and the living room offers plenty of seating. The apartment has a parking area in the back with room for one vehicle and street parking in the front. The beds feature super comfy Helix mattresses for a great night's rest. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Old North Columbus is a neighborhood located just north of the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Founded in 1847, it was originally a stand-alone city until incorporated into Columbus in 1871. Today, Old North Columbus is popular for its local music and unique "untouched architecture" reminiscent of its old roots. Uber and Lyft are great ways to get around in Columbus, and the central location allows you to reach most parts of downtown in under 10 minutes and most other parts of Columbus in under 20 minutes. The apartment is also close to a COTA public bus stop, and Columbus offers bike share and scooters.
