Perfect Studio Apartment

This is the perfect 13x30 studio apartment. Faces York Avenue which allows the apartment to be drenched in sunlight throughout the day. Windows face tree tops for a peaceful view. Elevator building, washer/dryer in basement.

Small but efficient

1380 York is a nice apartment building on the Upper East Side mainly comprising of small one room studios. What attracted me to the place was that it had an elevator, carpeted hallways, and a laundry in the basement. The building is dated but is clean, safe and quiet. Some of the units have been renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms but most have not. The super lives in the building and is somewhat quick with repairs. I wish the management would build a roof deck and/or a small gym in the basement, but that may be asking for a lot.
