I am a friendly, male, who loves to make friends with those who I live with so that should be something you’re interested in too. Basic chores are expected (e.g., taking out trash, loading and unloading the dishwasher, cleaning the bathroom/kitchen/dining room/living room/loft and your room regularly to keep the space comfortable and clean for both). Extra things like dog-sitting, walking, and other puppy care are certainly welcomed but not expected. Outside home chores (snow removal, gardening, etc.) not expected but again, welcomed. No smoking. Must be very puppy friendly (look up Italian Greyhounds, have some fun and not so fun quirks, lap dogs, who LOVE attention, and are super loving. Other expectations can be discussed/agreed to together. About me: I’m a 31-year-old friendly, male, who works for a university in Boston. My schedule has me in and out of the City a couple of times per week. I like to be a homebody when I’m home, just because my commute is taxing. But I love to have a cocktail, cook, play computer games, binge shows, go to the bar, and take Potato (my 1-year-old Italian Greyhound) out for “adventures” (e.g., shopping, walking, dog park, trip, etc.).
