The home is single-level, making access effortless, and includes a large walk-in shower in the shared bathroom. High-speed internet and a Ring security system ensure both connectivity and security. Guests enjoy access to curated local favorites with exclusive discounts. Dedicated off-street driveway parking is available on the left of the house. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for the second. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility. An extra $5 per night fee applies for charging electric vehicles using the home's electricity. A hot tub is available for an additional fee of $200. The estate features a Main House available for additional rental at the front of the property. If the Main House is unoccupied, there's a possibility of another guest staying on the property. The Main House and the Carriage House (Zen Den) are separated by a newly constructed fence, ensuring privacy for both residences. Guests have the option to share the backyard space if desired. Access your space 24/7 via custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. All properties have Ring video doorbell cameras. Parties are strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM; failure to comply results in a one-night fine. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation costs. Unauthorized guests incur fines. Standard check-out is at 10 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction.
