The home also includes a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. Enjoy the chef’s kitchen with an oversized island that seats eight, perfect for group gatherings. High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs provide seamless streaming and connectivity, and family-friendly amenities include a crib, highchair, and laundry essentials. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a charge of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7.
