The home features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom on the second floor, two queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, two single beds in the fourth bedroom, and two queen-over-queen bunk beds with a queen pull-out couch in the fifth bedroom on the first floor. Enjoy a newly renovated house boasting all luxuries to make your stay exquisite, including a lovely pool surrounded by a designed deck, a standard-size pool table for afternoon chill-out games, high-speed Wi-Fi, large smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, a terrific dining area, and a drool-worthy kitchen with an enormous island that can seat eight happy diners. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. Our property provides a peacefully isolated feeling, yet is close to everything exciting and vibrant that Dallas-Fort Worth has to offer. Located minutes away from DFW Airport, AT&T Stadium, Downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth Stockyards, the neighborhood is a peaceful and family-friendly area. This serene, well-established community is filled with tree-lined streets, manicured lawns, and cozy homes, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The area is very walkable, with safe sidewalks and a friendly ambiance, making it perfect for evening walks or morning jogs. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, and to respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest.
