From the parking area, follow the short path down a small slope to the private waterfront entrance at the rear of the property. Inside, the cozy living room has plenty of seating and opens to the modern kitchen and dining area. Just off of the living area are two ample-sized bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a double) and a full bathroom. French doors open onto the patio and granite steps that flow down to the grassy yard and down to the dock. Please note that the friendly owners live in the separate upstairs unit. There is off-street parking for two cars tandem with a short walk to the apartment’s patio entrance. All utilities included in the rent. First, last, & security deposit due at signing. No smoking, vaping, or pets. No large events or parties. 1,612 SF.
