You will be sharing common spaces, a kitchen and bathrooms with the other occupants. The house is 6-7 min walk to the B and C-line trains. The landlord pays for heat and hot water. Cable and electric bills are split between the 5 occupants. The rent is $920.00 a month. I am subletting the room for June – August. If you are interested in staying longer the official lease begins on Sept 1 and you will have that as an option.
