The bathroom window contains a privacy pane at floor level and can be opened for additional ventilation. A unique high cubicle is available in the bathroom for storage. Robe hooks, towel bars and other fixtures are present in a weathered bronze finish.The bedroom yields about 120 square feet and contains a suitable clothes closet. Washer/dryer hookups are available in a closet located in the bedroom, or the space can be used for additional closet storage. The bedroom is protected with a smoke detector.The unit's mechanical room is located outside the living area to allow for maintenance and repair without intrusion, and contains the unit's electrical panel, an electric hot water heater and a natural gas high efficiency furnace and air conditioner.
