Property Ratings at 140 Riverside Boulevard
This building is between West 66th and West 67th Streets on Riverside Blvd. Beautiful, peaceful spot right on the Hudson River, right across the street (literally) from a park and miles of bike/running/ paths right along the river. If you have children, there's a children's park and off-leash dog run. And the big Riverside Park is only a few blocks away. Super convenient to walk to Broadway/shops/restaurants and even Central Park a few blocks East, not to mention very near Lincoln Center. The building is well maintained by lovely, helpful people. Clarissa in the management office is a 'gem'. Also, have a large dog and they are definitely pet friendly; even the concierge desk has treats for the four-legged residents/friends at 140! Have previously lived in the 'hot spots' - Tribeca in a triplex loft a block and a half from WSH and in Soho in a lovely loft. Though they had their charm and the current space is not as large, the appeal of Trump Place (and sheer serenity in this "City that never sleeps") rivals any other in NY. I was originally hesitant to venture to the UWS, but do not regret it!
