Property Ratings at 1400 FIG Apartments
I got approved for a studio on or about 02/10/2023 with the plan to move in 03/15/2023. I paid everything asked immediately and went furniture shopping. The building has not even passed basic inspections and needs various to go. The new move in date (hopefully) is 04/22/2023 being over a month the original date. If I want a refund of the 1800 something I paid it could take up to 10 days?! This apartment has truly made an inconvenience in my life and unneeded stress. If I had known all this would occur the date I agreed to this place, I would honestly ignore it. The 6 weeks free isn’t worth it anymore seeing Ive spent a lot on hotels. This is the worst experience I have had in my life and I hope nobody or I will have to undergo this exhausting experience. The employees are excellent but I wish there was more responsibility getting what is needed for the move in.
It's exactly what we were looking for. The windows, window casings and vents are truly special. We couldn't be more happy with our unit's design.
This was the best tour that I went on while apartment hunting. Elisia was very knowledgeable of the property and very friendly. She made the application process and signing very easy. I felt as though she genuinely cared and wanted us to be approved. The apartment layout is extremely nice with great views. The kitchen doesn't have enough cabinetry but it is a very modern kitchen which I love.
Maintenance guys at Apex truly rock! Those guys worked so hard with dedication and extreme efforts to make sure I was taken care of as a tenant.
