Income -Gross income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If an applicant does not have the necessary income, they will require a double deposit and an approved co-signor Credit Score -Must be above a 650 Credit Score. If an applicant does not meet the required credit score, they will need a co-signor. -Provide at least three years of verifiable rental history. -If an applicant does not have a credit score, they will require a double deposit and an approved co-signor. Criminal History -Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person ' Evictions -No prior evictions within the last 7 years Rental History -Able to provide at least three years of verifiable rental history
