Views of the Ocean and harbor from the a large furnished Terrace. Shared BBQ. So much more. The old world charm in this historic 1920's home abounds. The house has been completely upgraded and renovated with new electrical/plumbing/central a/c and heating for modern comforts. Long time neighbors, quiet and serene. Citrus trees, flowers and lovely lush private walled in corner lot. We, two semi-retired professionals, live here full time with our little dog and are respectful, private and expect same. 1 person only please. 1 year lease with 2 year lease possible.
