Property Ratings at 1404 & 1420 Rodeo Rd
I moved here looking for a safe place and fresh start and ended up in this place. Single mom, just trying to have a safe place to lay my head so I could get my life together. This place don't have much curb appeal, but it was affordable and off the streets. Turns out I kind of miss it there. While I was only there for a few months, I managed to turn my little studio into a adorable tiny home. The fact that I had just 1 bill to cover every month meant I could save up a pretty good amount of cash pretty quickly. The management at C&C gave me a chance when Noone else would, and I will forever be greateful of this ugly little place!
