The apartment comes with all kitchenwares and bath wares, and bi-weekly housekeeping is available for extended stays. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and high chair are available for a $25 rental fee and must be reserved in advance. Advanced parking pass or parking space reservations are available upon inquiry. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with noise monitoring devices in place. Excess noise or gatherings will result in termination of the reservation without refund. Exterior cameras are installed for security. Guests are advised not to flush certain items down the toilet or drains to avoid plumbing issues, which may incur charges. In case of maintenance needs, access to the property may be required with 24-hour notice.
