Commute to all other parts of the DC metro quick and easy with the green and yellow metro line nearby. Rent this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment or both units together as a combo for larger groups! This house is curated to be your home! The living room, kitchen, and dining space are all open to one another. The living room includes a Smart TV with all of your favorite streaming services ready for use. Wi-Fi internet available throughout the home. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry, and stone countertops. Make a cup of coffee, prepare your favorite meal, or order in from one of the many great nearby restaurants. Each bedroom includes a closet, luxurious sheets, four pillows (two feather, two gel), and a down comforter. One queen bed and one full bed. Extra large washer and dryer in-unit. All homes come with all kitchenwares and bath wares, and soaps. Bi-weekly housekeeping available for extended-stay guests. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair are available for a $25 rental fee and must be reserved in advance. Several parking options are available, including advanced parking pass or parking space reservations. Open air eateries, beer gardens, coffee houses, iconic theaters, art galleries, and world-class boutique fitness studios, it's exciting, it's alive, it's Shaw. Shaw has a real rhythm of its own, inviting you to experience true luxurious living and the vibrant tempo of this neighborhood. This area is a walker's paradise — daily errands do not require a car. Transit is excellent and convenient for most trips. It's a biker's paradise — daily errands can be accomplished on a bike. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with exterior cameras that record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. If these cause plumbing issues, charges may apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. Access to the properties may be required at any time, after providing guests with 24-hour written notice.

The trendy neighborhood of Shaw is fast becoming one of Washington, DC’s top neighborhoods.
