The apartment includes one queen bed and one full bed, as well as an extra-large washer and dryer in-unit. Bi-weekly housekeeping is available for extended-stay guests. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. Several parking options are available, including advanced parking pass or parking space reservations, though use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Shaw is alive with open-air eateries, beer gardens, coffee houses, iconic theaters, art galleries, and world-class boutique fitness studios. Experience true luxurious living and the vibrant tempo of this neighborhood. This area is a walker's paradise, with excellent transit options and a biker-friendly environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior cameras. Certain items should not be flushed or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. There may be times when the home requires unexpected or scheduled maintenance, with 24-hour written notice provided.

The trendy neighborhood of Shaw is fast becoming one of Washington, DC’s top neighborhoods.
