Worse attitude a manager can give.

I called to ask a simple question that later led to more and I received bad attitude from the manager. I have a service animal with his credentials and she refused to even give me a tour of the apartment. Which is legally wrong because by law service animals must always be allowed to live anywhere regardless of apartment policies.
