The Apartments at 1410 Albion Street are situated in walking distance to Sprouts Grocery Store, City Park, the Natural History Museum, and exciting new restaurants and shops in the Colfax Redevelopment Corridor. The building is adjacent to National Jewish Hospital, and is very convenient to Colorado Boulevard, Stapleton, Lowry, and I-70. The entire building is currently being renovated with great upgrades. Each apartment features newly refinished hardwood floors, brand new windows, new paint, new lighting, and provisions for new air conditioning. The individual apartments are light- filled and spacious, with tall ceilings. The building has secure entries, with on site laundry. One year leases are standard, and the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Pets are welcome, but no dogs, please. Covered parking is available for $40 per month, and utilities are not included. Water & garbage service is included with rent. A $25 application fee is part of the process, and we are not able to accept credit cards.
