This is not an apartment complex but rather it is duplex that is in the rear of a residential property and it is very private and quiet. Living Room has newer carpeting and paint, coved ceilings with wood trim and a ceiling fan. This unit has central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and the gas range. Lots of cabinet space for storage. There is an area in the kitchen for a small table to gaze out the corner windows. There is a locked gate from the alley, it is a private entrance. It is located between Carson Street and Torrance Blvd., with many restaurants and shops nearby, just minutes to the 405 Freeway. It is a quiet and a private unit at the rear of the property and accessed from the alley. The laundry facility is downstairs & included in the rent. There is parking available on the street.
