There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within 5 miles. The 1BR unit is a cozy 648 square feet with a queen bed. The kitchen has a, refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, toaster, & small coffee maker. We provide linens, dishes, and basic kitchen essentials as well as an iron and table-top ironing board. While there is not laundry in the unit, we provide easy access to the washer & dryer in the laundry room which is a common area in between both units. There is a $100 per month fee for utilities added to the total monthly rental. This includes internet, electricity, water, and landscaping and exterior maintenance.
