Literally, one block off the Centennial Trail, these apartments are perfect for any household who wants to partake in the Urban by Nature lifestyle that we all have come to love from living in this area. For me, its wake up every morning to great the sun while drinking espresso from the one-of-a-kind professional coffee bar (known as Indaba Cafe) in my building, and then taking my bike and deciding which direction to take of the day... East or west, because the Centennial Trail leads me to a thousand different destination each and every day. Also, Walnut Corners is just a few blocks down the street from the City's and the County's main campus' for any and all of your municipal needs. The apartments themselves are open and spacious, neat and clean & have giant penthouse views of the Spokane's downtown city skyline. The south facing windows are wonderful for sunning any type botanicals or fauna and if your in to outdoor growing their are garden boxes in nice secured courtyard area. Finally, the only bill you pay here is rent. Laundry, Electrical and all utilities are paid for. Moreover, there are plenty of WiFi Hot Spots, so you are always online. Everything you need is withing biking or walking distance. If you do not own your own transportation you can use this City's great Transit system with five different lines strategically located all around this building delivery to you any destination you could possibly need. And the only thing more perfect than the location and the view of this place is the price. Owned by a Non-Profit Organization, Walnut Corner's offers it tenants these apartments for a fraction of the cost you would normally pay for this location. Walnut Corners is, in one word, Perfect! I lived here three years and I don't want to move ever again.
