Huge space, but incredibly overpriced.

Heat and hot water are city regulated and unable to be adjusted by tenants. The heat does not kick on unless it is a high of 40 degrees outside. No air conditioning or sunlight reaches units below the 5th floor. Elevator breaks down monthly. Laundry is $5 a load and only accessible by elevator. Packages frequently stolen and management will not let you review footage or place signs unless you fire police reports on your own time. Mice and cockroaches found in units that are being charged nearly $5k a month. Rent increases are arbitrary, usually 40% or more per year across all units, and require you to be locked in 6 months before the lease ends or you risk losing the option to renew. My unit was over $1,000 square feet and I loved the layout, but the floors were always broken, paint chipped off the walls, toilet would flood occasionally, and the management company does the bare minimum… using our rent money towards their more luxe units elsewhere in the city. I was priced out when they raised my rent 55% after 4 years, to renovate the unit and double the price for affluent transplants.

Originally a 2 bedroom apartment, this spacious apartment was converted into a 3 bedroom apartment. It has a large communal space & kitchen. Bedrooms fit queen/king size beds. Allows pets. Live in super. Laundry in basement. Elevator.
