The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror, and do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The apartment includes a fully equipped business center, ideal for catching up on work or hosting virtual meetings in a professional setting.
