The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential kitchenware needed for meal preparation, and a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen closet. The home includes three bedrooms: the first with a full bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, the master with a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and the third with a full bed. A second full bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. Outside, a charcoal grill is available for use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Situated in the residential area of Druid Hills, this home provides easy access to I-65, I-59, and I-20. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience. The home is located in a transitioning neighborhood. While there have been no security concerns, guests with different expectations should consider this before booking. There are no refunds if you check-in and decide to cancel due to the neighborhood. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and guests will have full and private access to the home. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
