As soon as you walk in you will see trash/recycling in the ground floor. When they showed us the apartment they said they had a super for the building that would take it out every day there was trash collecting and that the day they showed it to us was probably the trash day hence the trash. Lie. The trash stays there for at least a week until the super decides is time to take it out. The trash stays there for longer than it should. It would be easier if the renters were in charge of this honestly. The apartment is not that big. It has what you need. Appliances and care is good. The apartment #1 has a big balcony that you share with your neighbors which is nice. Management/Landlord is not great. We have had a problem with the shower for over a month and every time we ask them they say the plumber will be there the next day but no one ever shows up.
