The property managers sucks. I had sewage from my upstairs neighbor leaking into my apartment for TWO WEEK before they came and fixed the problem. The neighborhood is so bad my neighbors' cars get hit or stolen regularly.
The neighborhood is awful. My car has be in several hit and run from parking on the street. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors and getting a hold of the property manager is like pulling teeth.
