KITCHEN APPLIANCES FURNISHED (Stainess Steel Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher & Disposal) AVERAGE UTILITIES for the past 12 months were calculated at $87.91 plus trash. NO DOGS ALLOWED. A CAT ACCEPTED with a $350 non-refundable pet fee. NO SMOKING INSIDE unit. INCOME SOURCE must be at least twice the amount of rent. Our apartments are located in the heart of the very desirable historic Old North End neighborhood; walking distance to downtown, Colorado College (2 blocks), Penrose Hospital, walking and bike trails, etc. This spacious 1100 sq ft, first-floor unit has lots of old-time charm with its wood floors and 10-foot ceilings. Dining room has the original oak wainscot and chandelier. Kitchen has granite countertops and backsplash and stainless appliances. It has two extra-large bedrooms with large closets (two in each bedroom) with lots of storage space. There is a front entrance as well as a rear entrance to the back yard and patio. Building and lawn are very well maintained. The apartment house has been wired for fast and reliable underground GIGABIT FIBER INTERNET for both upload and download speeds. There are no data caps or equipment charges, and no lock-in contracts. This is a great option for tenants working from home. It is only $65 for 1 gigabit or $49 for 500 mb. Comcast is also an option for TV and internet. For health-related air quality concerns, all apartments have hot water radiant heat ensuring against the intermixing of air between individual units.
