Building and lawn are very well maintained. The apartment house has been wired for fast and reliable underground GIGABIT FIBER INTERNET for both upload and download speeds. There are no data caps or equipment charges, and no lock-in contracts. This is a great option for tenants working from home. It is only $65 for 1 gigabit or $49 for 500 mb. Comcast is also an option for TV and internet. For health-related air quality concerns, all apartments have hot water radiant heat ensuring against the intermixing of air between individual units.
