About This Property
Waterfront summer rental in Narragansett! Located at the southernmost tip of Narragansett’s Point Judith, this unparalleled oceanfront rental property offers swim, surf, and sun just steps out the door, and 360 degree water views. Four levels of graciously appointed living space was thoughtfully designed to maximize the ocean vistas, and this immaculate contemporary leaves very little, if anything, to be desired. An open concept kitchen/ living area can be found on the second level, where oversized sliders lead out to an expansive deck. A smaller deck off of the kitchen is perfect for preparing meals on the grill, and a half bath and laundry room complete this level. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms each enjoy water views and tasteful finishes. The primary bedroom suite is simply breathtaking, with floor to ceiling windows, king sized bed, and walk in shower. On the fourth level, a rooftop deck is undoubtedly the destination to take in both sunrises and sunsets, as the al fresco deck space wraps around an enclosed sitting room with wetbar, beverage fridge, and a half bath. Privately set on 3 acres, and located within biking distance to several Narragansett beaches, this is a truly unique way to experience Narragansett.
1444 Ocean Rd is a house located in Washington County and the 02882 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Narragansett attendance zone.

Wedged between the Narrow River and the Atlantic Ocean, Narragansett provides that laidback, beach town atmosphere wrapped in New England charm. The town itself is adorable, complete with cozy cottages and a terrific shopping area along South Pier Road and Point Judith Road. It has that historic charm, as well, with a history that began around 1723, when it was still part of South Kingstown. In 1888 it separated from the larger city and became a town in 1901.
But cozy atmosphere and history aside, here it’s all about the beaches. Narragansett’s population doubles during the summer months, with visitors seeking the town’s beautiful strip of beaches. The 60-acre Scarborough State Beach includes an observation tower and a boardwalk, Roger W. Wheeler State Beach includes a playground and a pavilion, and Salty Brine State Beach has a “green” pavilion complete with a wind turbine and solar panels along with a concession stand.
