The second floor has: Seven (7) bedrooms 2 w/queen-sized beds, 2 w/twins and 2 w/one twin; two bathrooms. The third floor has: Two bedrooms each w/2 twin beds, common area /3 twin beds, bathroom. Lovely flat lawn and just steps to the beach. Outdoor shower. Screened porch Check in is 2:00 PM on Sunday - Check out is 10:00 AM on the following Sunday. Application and Credit Check required. 15% Occupancy tax will be collected at time payment per the State of Connecticut. The house will be thoroughly cleaned between tenants.
