Utilities Information: Prepaid utility cost is $4,150 and includes internet, water, trash service, sewer, hot tub service and dump and scrub at lease end, and a plow account for the driveway. Rate is based off a 5-month lease and subject to change for a longer lease. There is a propane deposit of $4,000. Usage is tracked during the lease and reconciled at lease end. Tenant is responsible for keeping the propane tank clear of snow and for shoveling the stairs and decks. Contractor recommendations can be provided to hire. Total move in cost for a 5-month lease is $28,150.00 and includes 1st month rent, security deposit, propane deposit, and prepaid utilities.
