This home is pet friendly for an additional deposit and fees. Washer and dryer hookups in unit however tenant will need to supply washer and dryer. Also has a large, unfinished basement. Utilities that will be the responsibility of the tenant include Electric, gas, and water. Trash is included with rent. Home is located minutes from Parker road for commuting. Nice walking trail behind the house that takes you to a shopping center. Pool open from Memorial day to Labor day. Tenants will need to register with HOA to receive access. There is a one-time $150 lease initiation fee due at lease signing. Low credit applicants may be required to enroll in our high-risk tenant program at a cost of 3% monthly rent.
