Enjoy the Boone weather and relax year round, as this deck is partially covered! Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, septic, and lawncare included in the monthly rent. Heat source is central heat and AC.
