I moved here as the complex was opening and at first I felt lonely until more residents moved in. Covid didn't help either. Since then, I have met and made NEW friends and love my new home. I feel safe and comfortable and as a senior it has everything I need--an elevator and a garage with enough place for storage. Apartment management is awesome and react quickly when an issue arises. They are quick to notify us of any activities or changes that need to be made. Thanks to Jamie , Jen and the maintenance crew for their attentiveness. I am hoping with the nice weather we will meet some of the new people who have moved in over the winter.I am proud to call 149 Main Apartments my home.
Living in these apartments has been nothing but amazing. We love where we are and can’t imagine living anywhere else. If there’s ever a problem, the staff and maintenance is always right on it. With all the snow we’ve been getting, the staff has been incredible with communicating about snow removal. It makes it easier to be able to relax and not have to worry about anything!
Moving into the newly opened 149 Main Street Apartments in Upton, MA this past December helped to brighten an otherwise personally difficult 2020. Despite all the Covid-19 restrictions, it didn't take long before I recognized that I had found my new "home." The few tenants that I've had the opportunity to meet from a socially acceptable distance thus far have been pleasant and friendly. Once the Covid restrictions ease up, I look forward to getting to know my neighbors better. I give high marks to the community manager and the building maintenance staff for their work ethic and follow-through. Their willingness to address and work through any new construction issues quickly and efficiently and to respond to any tenant concerns that arose has been remarkable. It is obvious that they strive to ensure that their tenants achieve all the comforts of home that they desire.
