At the beginning was perfect. Now I’m a little bit disappointed. The common areas like stairs and lobbies are not clean like they used to be. When you enter and leave the building you can see entry areas full of dust and not well maintained.

Love living here no problems really that big to state. Really clean here and nice and get things done in timely fashion if you have any issues unlike others. Can’t complain we just renewed our lease for another 13 months so that should say something :)

Been living here 8 months and I don't have any complaints so far. The community is clean, the residents mostly keep to themselves, and the amenities are a plus. My family and I love walking the trails behind the complex.

My experience of living my experience living in this community has been OK. Anytime I had to put it in the maintenance call the team was excellent and very helpful. There’s room for improvement as far as cleanliness of common areas this would help with roach issues.

my community has been good. i’ve enjoyed the amenities and getting to know my neighbors. the view is also amazing; being able to wake up and go out on the balcony and feel the fresh air is refreshing.

Just moved here and everyone has been so wonderful from day one. From the office staff to maintenance all have been very helpful and ensuring a smooth transition.

I just moved here and I love the apartment so far and how everything is set up I love the fact that the community is gated and has a pool and gym available. Definitely 5 stars!

I love living here. its a beautiful place to live. only thing is the office they are not quick to reply or answer calls. also the rent is way to high and it keeps going up and up.

Love it! Barely any police or issues here, barely see any parties and it’s not too loud. The views are amazing and the people are nice. Would recommend

It’s ok. They close your maintenance ticket without any communication and sometimes don’t fix the problem. Other than that it’s a living area, nothing special about the place.

Great place so far this year. Love being here. It is quiet and peaceful . The neighbors are all nice and respectful . If you want to know more about it there is nothing more to say but that this place is a very nice to stay. The other day I got surprised by a little cake or desert truck in the parking lot the other day serving deserts in the parking of our community and they were really good and it was very nice to see a community do something like that I have never seen that before

great! place to live. i enjoy every part of it. Having a basketball court,gym,pool, everything is good. I enjoy the atmosphere and just the whole area in general.

Only being here for a couple day, yet the experience has been great, i feels like a nice community to be a part off. Food trucks events during the week is kind of dope.

Still new but enjoying the living environment as a whole. The staff in the office are great. The maintenance personnel take care of the tenants and are friendly.

I love the complex and the administration, they are very profesional, and when you need something the app is very usefull, just make the order for what you need and that it.

Haven’t been here for very long but so far my experience has been good! It’s been a long process adjusting to my new place but everyday I am getting closer to my new place feeling like home.

Good person in the office, beautiful and quiet place, clean buildings and clean and nice pool. Nice club house,apartments are comfortable, spacious and with lots of natural light

So far… excellent. I wish there was more parking! I have yet to find a spot in the row in front of my apt even once. Assigned parking spots would be a possible solution.

It is a comfortable and good community to live in. It has nearby and fast-flowing locations. And the administration is always aware of the comfort and tranquility of the tenant.

my experience has been good so far. I have been enjoying the volleyball area and the pool haha. Some of the neighbors do be a little loud sometimes but it’s manageable; so i would say that my time here has been good

The staff and management here at 14Fifty are exceptionally great, felt at easy and confortable with my lease and move in process, a new jewel on the 192 highway!

The apartment is beautiful but it’s not up to par as I expected it to be. They would not let me see the unit before signing the leasing contract.

Management care for residents needs! Easy to comunícate and fast in problem solving. Comunitity has a great maintenance team, responding to claims fast.

Everything has been good so far nice clean and noise controlled building. Love the workout room ans swimming pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

So good this is a nice place to live. Ammenities are amazing and neighborhoods are so nice. Also all facilities are clean and the maintenance is exceptional

I genuinely love it all—the safety and the kindness of everyone: neighbors, people living there, and workers. I love the beauty, scenery, apartments, and smell, which is excellent ?? It smells like Kirkland's all the time. Most of all, the peace is just perfect. We have a trail to walk or ride bikes, a gym, a pool, and parking.

Excelente lugar para vivir, muy buen servicio, ideal para niños y mascota, un complex muy familiar, como todo con algunos problemas pero creo que no son graves y se pueden revisar y corregir.

I can’t say that it has been all bad but I feel like communication needs to be better within renters and staff. I also feel like renters should respect the community more!

So far living here has not been a problem. Noise is the only thing that is just slightly the problem. Music really loud and just you can hear running. Other than that so far has been good

This property looked super nice! But when I moved in they didn’t have this apartment cleaned. There was pee left in my toilet as well as the shower, the floors were filthy, they didn’t give me the correct appt. There’s also tiny German roaches in my appt. I talked to one of the leasing people they said it’s coming from an appt that’s infested. I told them I want someone to fumigate every month. They told me on Monday he would come & he never came. It’s disgusting. The manager also never gets back to emails. As much as residents pay, you expect some type of professionalism and respect given. I was recommended this apartment by somebody else & was let down.

Comfortable and cozy! We are enjoying this community a lot! Great area for families as there is plenty of space to ride bikes, go karts etc outside of gates behind community!

Beautiful place with amazing recreational areas and great office staff. We love the basketball court the pool and the gym. Also the city view is beautiful.

it is almost a year since I moved and it has been pleasant. everyone is very nice and helpful. apartments are well kept and maintenance does a great job.
