14W Apartments

Great building! No complaints and exciting community to be apart of. The sensors on the elevators are a little wonky but the mail service, concierge and other amenities are wonderful.

This has been one of my favorite places to live in DC! The front desk (shout out Antoine) is always super helpful and friendly and they do some nice things for residents like wine night, Halloween gatherings etc. It is also so close to bars, restaurants, theaters and grocery stores so you have everything at your fingertips! I would highly recommend living here.

So far, we are loving the building. The location is great and the building is kept up nicely - the common spaces are all very clean and the staff is nice.

I've been very happy living at 14W. The location is excellent, the staff and amenities are great. I highly recommend this building for those who want to live in the heart of the city.

Andie and the leasing team were very helpful with checking in prior to my move-in date. She also followed up after a building inspection to confirm items were fixed. Move-in went smoothly due to their help.

Nice staff, especially the maintenance crew and head concierge. Clean building well maintained. Not sure the rates are worth it anymore given few amenities.

The staff is unmatched. They are always present with a smile and willing to help. They are swift to fix issues and constantly keep the apartment complex clean.

The staff here is like a second family. They’re so helpful, welcoming, make me feel safer, and are always a friendly face when I get home for the day.

Building is clean and nice. Amenities are good but the staff is what really makes the building shine. Everyone is great and so friendly it really makes this feel like home!

Awesome help with everything since I moved here! Dante was extremely helpful when I got here with my parents and accommodated us. Great events with resident appreciation.

Fantastic building with even better staff! The building (and units) are extremely well taken care of, I've never had to wait longer than 2 days for a maintenance request and the building constantly puts on great events for the residents! All the residents I've met have been so nice, and genuinely have become friends. I love this building and will be sad when I eventually have to leave the city!

Fantastic building with wonderful staff and great amenities (I'm a particular fan of the gorgeous rooftop)! Any repairs are made within a day, the front desk and leasing office are both super helpful, and there are always cool events being run in the lobby. The apartments themselves are also modern, clean, and luxurious. 14th street can get loud in the evenings and on the weekends, but the building itself couldn't be better.

The experience is great. Staff are friendly and helpful and the building is very nice. 14W is in a lovely neighborhood as well with plenty of good restaurants, bars and green space (meridian hill).

Living at 14W Apartments is easy. The location is close to access the excitement of 14th Street/Logan Circle/Adams Morgan, but a quiet place to live. Concierge for package delivery, guest access, and more is efficient and friendly. The gym is good for a quick workout and the rooftop chairs/grill and club room are relaxing.

Enjoy living at 14W because of all the apartment and building amenities, great concierge service, maintenance team, and leasing office staff.

Moving in was great and smooth! The front desk folks are always so nice and helpful! Love the amenities and location (right down the street from CVS, cafes, and the grocery store).

Everyone was super friendly and offered the little hotel cart to help me with my boxes. Also the new neighbors were super nice and said hello. It’s definitely very dog friendly

The events for the fall season have been great. Staff are wonderful. The only issue for the apartment complex is the high sound transfer throughout the building. You can hear everything in the hallway and gates slammed in the stairwell.

I just moved into 14W and already love living here! The building, amenities, and events are great. The location is also perfect - there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a Metro all within a few blocks.

Really love the staff, building and fellow residents. Plus you can't complain about wine down Wednesdays! and the other events they host for residents.

Great units and just the right amenities that I want. Management is very proactive about maintenance in the building, and the few work orders I put in have been taken care of very well.

Just moved in so small sample size but want to say that the move-in process was extremely smooth and staff went out of their way to help out/make it less stressful. Unit was spotless when we arrived and maintenance was proactive about getting in touch just in case anything wasn't working properly (everything was)

I’m on my third year at 14W and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. All of the staff are top notch- friendly, accommodating, and proactive. My unit is perfect for me, it’s very functional and modern. I love living here!

The building staff is very nice, helpful, and what you would want. I feel safe, the amenities are what I need and I enjoy living here. My packages always arrive, everything is great with my mail and residents are respectful

Great place to live in. Maintenance comes quickly and they put on a lot of great events for residents. They are also constantly looking for ways to improve and ensure residents are comfortable.

I am in the lookout for the right apt at 14W for my daughter and Hallie and Chelsea have been super helpful and responsive while I wait for the right apartment! Hoping to get it soon and be a part of the community

We've had a great experience living in 14W. The building is always clean and management does a really good job at handling everything. Antoine is the best!

We've been here for about a month now, and really love it! The front desk staff is thoughtful and competent, maintenance and repairs are really responsive, rent is pretty reasonable for DC, and we love the online portals that 14W has to facilitate rent payment, community engagement, buying selling, etc. I've already recommended the building to several friends!

Overall I’ve loved my time here, the front desk staff have been great the two years I’ve been here. Sometimes the leasing office was a little difficult but they did change some people in the office. Shout out to Antoine he is the absolute best!

Best apartment building I have lived in! Great all around. I have loved the people, the community and the location. The amenities are top tier, and I would recommend to anyone in Washington, DC.

I love how the residents are celebrated! My dogs loves it here because he has so many friends. The rooftop is ok. But I love the amenities. My apartment is so spacious!

Well maintained building and apartments. Prices are competitive for the neighborhood. There are many different apartment types and sizes. View from the rooftop is great. There is a guest suite if you have visitors, though it it a bit expensive.

The staff is fantastic! Everyone has been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. The building is always clean and well maintained. Neighbors are also friendly, polite and thoughtful. I have only lived here a few months, but I love it so far! I picked 14W because it had the best reviews and I’m so glad I did.

The concierges are really helpful. Packages never get lost. The amenities are good; I love the improvements that were made to the gym. Overall a solid experience at 14W.

In the first 6 months after we moved in, my partner and I have been unfortunate bystanders in the middle of two shootings within a block from our building’s entrance. Though the 14W’s security is nice (fob front door, fob elevators, and concierges who are great at their job), the neighborhood is not safe enough to justify the “luxury” price — especially given the relatively lackluster amenities compared to other NW DC buildings.

The front desk staff, concierge and building management at 14w are very kind and courteous, and always helpful. They brighten up my day. :-)

I love living at 14W. The apartments are modern and high quality in a well connected neighborhood close to everything I need. The staff is responsive to needs and very helpful.

14W is great! The people are great and the windows provide the best light in DC! Close to everything you could want but still quiet when it matters.
