About This Home
This is a fairly small 352 square foot studio condo with a half divider wall that breaks up the space. There's a full kitchen and a full bathroom with a tub and one closet. It's perfect for one non-smoking person with no pets. It is on Henry law avenue in Dover, an easy walking distance to downtown. There’s a coin op laundry right outside in a locked building that also houses the mailboxes and package delivery area. The rent would be $1,500 a month which includes water and hot water. The only other bills you would have would be the electric bill and your internet/cable bill. Because the condo is on the third floor and in between two other condos the electric heat barely comes on making it very cheap to heat.
15 Cricketbrook is a condo located in Strafford County and the 03820 ZIP Code.
