About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Known to many as “Race City USA,” it is the home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame, many NASCAR and IndyCar racing teams and drivers, plus several racing technology suppliers; Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch are among the many drivers who have facilities in the area.
Mooresville is also home to the world headquarters of Lowes Companies, one of the biggest employers in the region. Nearby Huntersville hosts the annual Renaissance Festival, which runs from early October to late November every year. Lake Norman sits just to the west of town, providing a popular destination for swimming, boating, and fishing.

The price you pay here you can get somewhere else with a better looking apartment! The Add on fees is where they get you- Don’t do it go else where! Some of the reviews I am sure is workers for 150 West Apartments! FYI- Traffic is Horrible & you dead center of Hwy 150!

I would never recommend these apartments or this company to anybody. GVA property management has multiple issues with not returning security deposits as per the Better Business Bureau website and multiple reviews as I’ve seen. I moved out and my lease ended August 31, 2022, and I still have not received my security deposit or my itemized list of damages and reasoning for why my deposit is being withheld. From the reviews and comments from past renters this seems like a widespread problem with multiple different apartment complexes owned by this company. So please, save yourself the trouble and headache, and just find a different, new, or complex to rent from.
We have lived at River Park for two years now. When we first signed our lease the women that were in the front office were awesome. Then in the summer of 2015, a new management team took over. Aaron was nice. Rich not so much. He stepped off on the wrong foot with my husband. We had a pit bull living above us and every time I would say something about it, they wouldn't do a thing. We would complain and then we would ironically get a complaint against us. Rich is a liar. And someone came into our apartment after we put in our notice and stole some heirloom jewelry out of my box. Don't trust them. Maintence had to replace out water heater and ever since then our air conditioner would sound like it was banging. But they said it was normal. They are liars cheaters and stealers beware living here.
I've lived at River Park for 3 years. I love,my tree top apartment! Yes! The Poplar Trees surround and the natural sounds make me feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a long day at work. Lovely quiet friendly armoshere, relaxing and a nice place to call home! The pool is so welcoming and the residents truly care for eachother. Well maintained by a certified knowledgeable maintenance team. Seriously, stop looking! Your home! I know I am!
They are the worst. Once the management changed they started finding every excuse to come into my apartment and when I went to move out they kept my deposit even though everything was cleaned. They don't take care of their maintanance issues in a timely manner and the people in the front are very rude.
I have been working with Aaron for the last 2 weeks to get a studio for my son who is graduating from NTI soon. They have been extremely helpful in making this a successful endeavor. One of my sons friends has lived here for a couple of years and has highly recommended it. Thank you so much Aaron for the help, your patience and the great experience! I HIGHLY recommend this Apartment complex!
I worked with Aaron the assistant property manager and had a pleasant experience. Aaron was very courteous and helpful. I am looking forward to becoming a future resident at River Park Apartments.
Hi I live here at River Park Apartments for almost year now. I must stay it's a perry good place to stay; lots of friendly faces and clean. Only downside to living here is there is no place for the kids to play and I fear for their safety.
I have been looking into apartments that cost less but still give you, the space, location, and most amenities fo what I have now. River Park seems like it will be the place to fill my needs. Although it will not have an icemaker in the refrig or a garbage disposal , the size of the kitchen will make up for that . I also have researched and you can buy a small countertop ice maker. There is good storage. Lighting in the parking lot seems like it will shed plenty of light.at night. It is close to a shopping center that includes a grocery store with other stores very nearby. I can get a good size overall space for less than my current place.
I really like this apartment community, I didn't get to see the inside of the 1 bedroom 1 bath appt but the pictures shown looked very nice. I hope whenever my application gets in that I can live here because its very nice and close to town.
