Property Ratings at 1500 Arlington Apartments
I had a disappointing experience with the management. After moving out, I was charged for primer, plaster, and deep cleaning, which I believe were unjustified. I do not smoke and only used regular scented candles and incense during my stay. These items do not cause the type of damage that would require extensive cleaning or repairs. Renters should be aware of potential hidden charges and the poor customer service that might come with this property management company.
Despite having a large parking lot that is never more than half full, the apartment does not offer guest parking spots nor do they provide guest parking passes. Anyone caught visiting a resident will be towed on sight with no warning. They also use several flimsy excuses to enter everyone's apartment at least 3-4 times/year under the guise of various maintenance requests, usually related to the very old and poorly functioning A/C units in each apartment. Do not move here if you value your privacy or if you ever plan on having visitors.

This is the perfect location for your money. Very walkable to the Rosslyn metro, close to restaurants and groceries. Great amenities and friendly staff.
I've really enjoyed living at 1500 Arlington this past year. Management and maintenance staff are very kind and extremely helpful. Pros: - Spacious apartments for the area/price. - Decent amenities - Kind and Helpful staff - Inexpensive parking for the area + it's a lot and not a garage - Apartments get lots of natural light Cons: - The building is a pretty young crowd and can get loud at times. The walls are pretty thin. - No outdoor space - No guest parking. There are so many empty spots especially in the back and side of the building. It would be nice if 2-4 could be allotted for guests
I've had my mail stolen and packages broken into. I enjoy living here and the staff is great, but I'd never be able to recommend living here knowing your mail and packages aren't safe from theft
