About 1503 Villa Dr Butler, PA 16001
This is a lovely three bedroom apartment right next to the woods. On summer evenings it is easy to hear the marching band practicing on the other side of the valley at the high school. Our apartments are located in Butler Township with easy access to shopping, restaurants, really everything! And yet we are a little bit secluded also. There's nothing else on Villa Drive besides our apartments. Our apartments are well-maintained, very clean, and regularly updated. You will be proud to live here and to show this place to your family and friends. We have a spacious and open floor plan that is fully carpeted with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom which are vinyl for easy cleaning. Our kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. There is a 40 gallon hot water heater in each unit which is usually sufficient for all but the most demanding users. You also have your own electric panel. The tub/shower combination is one piece for easy cleaning. You can wash your clothes in our inexpensive and modern coin-op laundry machines which are located on the first floor of the same building. We also have inexpensive storage facilities where you can keep your fishing gear, Christmas decorations, bicycles or whatever in the off-season. We look forward to showing you this apartment! Just call and we can probably show you the same day. You can also look at our website where we have a couple of videos posted. Thank you again for your interest!
