Property Ratings at 1505 Demonbreun
This used to be an upscale properly until after COVID when it turned into a party building. I moved out in 2022, cleared everything with management and parted ways. Today I find they "accidentally" linked my information to some one who failed to pay their rent and sent it to a third party collection agency trying to come after me for an apartment I never rented. Stay clear of these types of properties, they seem appealing but will cause problems later in life. Rent from a trusted property management company

Hello, if you would like to contact me at 615-251-1505, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to help correct any wrongs that may have transpired.
I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here at 1505! I am excited for the renovations to be done (lol) but I know when they are, all will be amazing! The staff here is great and I can always count on them to help in my time of need.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review and your patience and understanding during construction! Our team truly appreciates the kudos!
I cannot wait for my lease to be up for multiple reasons. If you value physical safety, personal belonging, quality of sleep and management that communicated well choose somewhere else to live.

Thank you for your feedback about our community here at 1505. This is certainly not the experience for and invite you to speak with our management team to assist in improving your time here with us.
Amazing location in the heart of midtown (so it’s not too touristy). Love my city view. Love having the bars across the street to meet locals and hear live music. My apartment is quiet and I never hear noise from the street or my neighbors. The pool is a SUPER fun place to make friends. Maintenance is great - especially Philip. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Management takes requests seriously, offers fair and equal treatment, and works hard to resolve any issues.
Love it here. Awesome views and amenities. Staff is friendly and professional. There are so many things in the neighborhood to do for everyone. Plan on out of the state in the next year but will certainly stay here until then. It has been an awesome experience from my first visit to coming home everyday.

We are so incredibly thankful for your kind words! We do hope that you take advantage of the amazing area, and our resident events, until your next adventure!
The management team is extremely rude when their is an issue. The halls and common area is dirty with stains and garbage on the floors and stairwells. My apartment had a severe ventilation issue and ruined my furniture. The Sr.management even admitted they had an issue but they were not willing to do anything about it. Run, Run, Run!!!!!

I will be relocating to Nashville soon with my job and had a great experience when I stopped to take a tour here. I thought it would be nice to pay it forward I rarely do reviews but the young lady that helped me, Rosie, was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She made me feel at home in an unfamiliar city. I think I found my new place.
The best community I’ve ever seen here in Nashville area , i’ve Just moved from New York and found this great apartment complex with great amenities, prefect location , so safe , gated parking , nice swimming pool and they do have a fenced dog park . Two min from music row and five min to downtown, the management are so professional and helpful and they do provide a good service for all the residents. Will do recommended to everybody to come here and enjoy this property.

We are so happy you're enjoying your experience so far at 1505. Please never hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do for you!
As I sit here surrounded by packed bags and an empty apartment, I feel that now is the perfect time to write a review about living in 1505. I have lived here for almost 2 years while completing my Juris Doctor degree at Belmont University College of Law. I will start by saying that I lived alone in a one-bedroom apartment and was able to achieve complete concentration on my studies. Furthermore, my neighbors and the other residents have been so kind, respectful, and friendly. The employees that work here, whether it was the leasing professional, the manager, or the assistant manager, have been absolutely incredible. These people bend over backwards to make sure the residents are happy and comfortable in their apartments. Whenever I have needed anything or have made any sort of request, it was fulfilled happily. On that note, the maintenance workers here are also quite wonderful. My apartment hasn’t required too many repairs, but whenever I needed a light bulb changed (because I evidently am not very self-sufficient), or a door wouldn’t shut quite right, these employees came to my apartment with every tool in the box and the issue was fixed instantaneously. Throughout my entire stay here, my apartment and its utilities have been in impeccable shape. Living here has undoubtedly contributed to my success in law school. I always studied at my apartment because it was an even better environment for me than a law library. If I ever needed a break, the apartment complex has coffee and tea and wonderful snacks for the residents in the lobby. Or sometimes I would just go downstairs to chat with the employees because it was honestly like a breath of fresh air. I could tell you how amazing the pool and gym are (they’re both honestly out of this world), but the most important part about choosing a place to live is feeling comfortable and safe. This apartment wants the best for its residents and it provides all the resources and amenities for us to have the best experience here. To say the least, I HIGHLY recommend living here!
I've lived here for about a month now. I've really enjoyed it and met a ton of people. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very friendly as well. The best part is the location. If you are a young professional looking to have a good time, this is the place to be. Only downside, is that you can hear everything through the walls. for example, if you face Demonbreun St bars, you will definitely hear the late night festivities; however, it may be worth it. I would definitely recommend this place
I've lived at 1505 for 6 months now and have mixed feelings. As a young professional, I expected that with the amount of money I'm paying in rent I would avoid the college students... This place is essentially a frat house, because ther've been minimal efforts at securing the building. Our garage door is always broken, so I compete with Demonbreun bar-goers for a parking space. At one point our pool was subjected to the antics of a certain cast of a CMT reality TV show... Many promises are made by management that are left unfulfilled. Construction noise is constant. The bar music is so loud that I can Shazam it from my balcony. The great residents are the singular redeeming factor. With rumors of the demolishing of the Demonbreun bars and up to 5 years of construction adjacent to my apartment, I do not plan on renewing. If you move here get an apartment facing the courtyard to avoid the construction noise.
I have been here almost 8 months and it is a wonderful place to live! The location is amazing and not far from downtown Nashville, it's located across from great dining and some awesome social atmosphere! The staff here is wonderful, amazing and very helpful whenever you need them! This place has some amazing perks...a well equipped state of the art gym, pool and grilling area, pet park, valet trash pick up right at your door, Wi-Fi access, secure remote key card access for entrance and so many more perks! I love living here and you have to definitely check it for yourself!
After looking at many different apartments, 1505 stood out the most. The people, both staff and residents, are extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities are incredible (pool, gym, and even Internet cafes and business rooms)! Plus, residents receive discounts at many local restaurants, shops, and services, as well as exclusive deals on concerts and many other events. The building is extremely secure, and parking is easily accessible and plentiful. You're also within walking distance of most of the amazing things Nashville has to offer, such as Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and much more. This is my first apartment moving down to Nashville, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great downtown experience.
1505 Demonbreun is an absolutely fantastic place to live! The management and maintenance staff are quick to respond to email, phone, and in-person inquiries. They are also planning at least one social mixer per month and always trying to work out deals in the neighborhood for residents. The apartments have great amenities like vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and W/D in-unit. ....and I haven't even mentioned the awesome workout room, salt-water pool and courtyard, dog walk, theater room! It's a great place to live on Demonbreun Hill with easy access to all the fun Midtown, Gulch, and Broadway spots.
