It's great way to spend a lazy afternoon walking to town to enjoy a cold beer and snacks at the Water Dog and many other great little local spots. The houses in this neighborhood are owner- occupied and though close, they keep it nice. Friendly, neighborly people who support each other. You share a parking pad with your downstairs house mate, and have private access to your home. The queen size bed is comfy and cozy. We try to choose tenants who have similar shifts so sleeping is easy for you and the bedroom can be made dark and cozy.
